Born in Ulverston, 1994,  Jack Webster went on to study Art and Design at Lancaster and Morecambe College, and later, Illustration at The University of Worcester. Whilst Progressing through higher education he regularly submitted landscape paintings to the Lake Artists Summer Exhibition between 2013 - 2019, and won three of their prestigious awards.

Jack works on his paintings primarily inside his studio space, and frequently outside in situe where he photographs, sketches, and paints. He has maintained attending local life drawing groups where the human form is sketched and observed, and he believes this to be his primary development as an artist.
